Anti-Racism is Portrayed as the Enemy of Freedom
The racial divide in the United States is getting worse. In order to keep Systemic Racism in place, major media outlets are saying the fight for equality and fairness is actually an attack on the American Dream.

This is false.

Their urgency signals to us there is no time to hesitate or waste on our mission to dismantle Systemic Racism.

Now is the time we need more White Allies to raise their voices.

Now is the time we need more Communities of Color to work together.

Now is the time to take Intentional Action to remove the burden of inequality marginalized People of Communities of Color suffer beneath.
Intentional Action Requires Thought and Conversation
It’s easy to feel like there’s nothing a single individual can do, but this isn’t true. There are many things a single person can do to contribute to the end of Systemic Racism.

Feelings of fatigue, frustration, anger, numbness, anxiety, depression and pride are all legitimate reasons to shut down, disappear from the conversation, turn over the reins to someone else or just bury your head in the sand…

But it is up to each and every one of us to contribute our voice.
To have the conversation.

To brainstorm a strategy.
To take Intentional Action.

During this free digital summit, we’re going to explore all of the key relationships in which we as individuals and as communities can take Intentional Action to dismantle Systemic Racism.
