⚠️ Attention Leaders: Transform your communication skills to lead with confidence ⚠️

As Seen In

Our Conflict Resolution Methodology was spotlighted in USA Today’s #9 ranked book, Unicorn Team by Jen Kem, Brand Architect & Go-to-Market Strategist.

Remember the last time you hesitated to speak up in a meeting?

Or were unsure how to address a sensitive topic without offending someone?

Or when you struggled to get your team on the same page, feeling the weight of unresolved conflicts dragging down productivity?

And then later on you play that conversation over and over, thinking to yourself, “I could have done that differently…”

You're not alone. Many leaders like you feel stuck, wanting to make a difference but held back by the fear of saying the wrong thing or handling difficult conversations poorly.

But what if you could transform those moments of hesitation into opportunities for growth and connection?

Kind Words

Lynne Maureen Hurdle has helped me to listen more and not try to avoid dealing with what I need to look at with myself and my team. I can see one of my team members who is so much happier about the role she plays and we can really communicate about the hard stuff. Lynne did that.
- Jennifer Kem, Brand Strategist and Marketing Expert, and the creator of Master Brand

Lynne's insight and passion on the subject matter yielded a robust discussion about disability-related attitudes, misperceptions, as well as practical interpersonal tools to remedy workplace disputes.
- Brandon M. Macsata, General Consultant National Business & Disability Council (NBDC) at The Viscardi Center

Lynne Maureen Hurdle helped me see patterns in my life I had no idea were present. I'd sought Lynne's help in dealing with dynamics in my immediate family, and in the process of doing that, I was able to see that the same dynamics were present in my professional life. This was a profound "a-ha!" moment for me, and Lynne's coaching helped me develop strategies to reflect and then change my outlook and behavior for the better, both with my family and my colleagues.
- Jen Druliner, Non-Profit Governance Executive

Lynne is a supreme communicator, she meets every situation with a perfect combination of keen intellect and a big, open heart. I have learned so much from her!
Achim Nowak, International Authority on Leadership Presence, Author, Speaker, C-Suite Coach, President of INFLUENS

Lynne Maureen Hurdle has helped me be a more inclusive leader, who better listens to the diverse views and experiences of each member of the Leadership Team. At the same time, by working with the team as a whole, she has helped us improve the ways we communicate, guiding us into our conflicts, using them as a collaboration tool, rather than something to be afraid of. It’s hard work, but with Lynne’s strong hand, deep breaths, and smile, we’ve come a long way.
