Sound Familiar?

One minute everything is fine.
The next... it's attitude, silence, shutdown, or a full-blown argument.

You're trying to connect. They're pulling away.
You're trying to guide. They hear control.

And somewhere in the middle... the relationship starts to feel fragile.
If every conversation feels like a landmine... you're not alone.

And you're not doing it wrong.

You just haven't been given the right tools.

HERE'S THE TRUTH MOST PARENTING SPACES WON'T TELL YOU
Conflict isn't the problem.
It's how it's handled that either builds trust - or breaks it.

IS THIS FOR YOU?

This workshop is for parents, caregivers, and guardians who..

  • Feel like conversations quickly turn into tension, shutdown, or disrespect

  • Are tired of walking on eggshells or constantly arguing

  • Want their child to open up, but don't know how to get there

  • Struggle with what to say (or how to say it) in heated moments

  • Are raising strong-willed, sensitive, or independent tweens or teens

  • Want real tools they can actually use - not clichés or outdated advice

Whether things feel strained right now, or you simply want to deepen trust before things get harder - this workshop meets you where you are.
WHAT YOU'LL WALK AWAY WITH

In just 90 minutes, you'll learn to...

01
Stay grounded when emotions rise - yours and theirs

02
Turn conflict into connection instead of
distance

03
Say hard things in a way your child can actually hear

04
Recognize what's underneath their behavior - and respond to that

WHAT MAKES THIS WORKSHOP DIFFERENT

Most parenting workshops give you one perspective. This one gives you both.

Led by a mother and son who do this work together, both professionally and personally, you won't just hear what parents should do. You'll hear directly what actually lands, from a young perspective. That's where the shift happens.

THE CONFLICT CLOSER THECONFLICTCLOSER.COM

CO-HOST - "WORKING IT OUT ACROSS GENERATIONS" TV SHOW on e360TV

Dr. Lynne is The Conflict Closer, and when it comes to the conversations that matter most, she's been in the room for over 35 years.

As a conflict resolution strategist, communication expert, bestselling author, and co-host of an award-winning television show on resolving conflict across generations, Dr. Lynne has spent decades helping people stop avoiding hard conversations and start using them as tools for change.

But long before she was doing this work professionally, she was doing it personally... as a mother.

She knows what it feels like to love a child fiercely and still struggle to reach them. She knows the silence, the tension, the moment a conversation goes sideways before you even know what happened. And she knows from both her expertise and her own experience that the way through isn't to avoid conflict. It's to learn how to move through it with skill, intention, and love.

That's exactly what she's here to help you do.

Justin Hurdle-Price

CONFLICT RESOLUTION PRACTITIONER

CO-HOST - "WORKING IT OUT ACROSS GENERATIONS" TV SHOW on e360TV

Justin isn't just a conflict resolution practitioner. He's the son in the room.

He started facilitating conflict resolution workshops at the age of 10 (yes, 10!) and has spent over 12 years since then working alongside young people, parents, teachers, and community organizations across the country. He's co-facilitated in schools, nonprofits, and national conflict resolution conferences, helped design workshops for parents and educators, and trained youth from all walks of life.

But what makes Justin irreplaceable in this workshop isn't his résumé. It's his perspective.

He remembers what it felt like to be the kid on the other side of the conversation. He knows what tweens and teens are actually hearing when a parent thinks they're connecting. He knows what shuts a young person down and what opens them back up. And he's spent his entire career turning that understanding into something parents can actually use.

When Justin speaks, the room shifts. Suddenly, you're not just hearing what you should do. You're hearing what your child wishes you knew.

 WHAT YOU'LL EXPERIENCE

 This is not a lecture.
This is real, in-the-moment learning.

check_circle
Real-life examples of conversations that go wrong - and how to turn them around
check_circle
Live insight into how tweens and teens actually interpret what you say
check_circle
Practical language shifts you can start using immediately - that night, if needed
check_circle
A safe space to reflect, learn, and rethink how you approach conflict - without judgement

Let's be honest with each other.

• Avoiding conflict won't protect your relationship.

• Controlling it won't strengthen it.

• But learning how to move through it skillfully? That's where trust is built.
It's time to stop fearing conflict and start using it as the bridge it was meant to be. It's time for you and your family to start working it out across generations.
